Perfect Bind / Otabind: We have two Kolbus ratio binders.
Binder #1 is a KM472 with a 33 pocket collating system. This binder is also equipped with 8 hopper loader stations as well as an in-line book saw for double digest (2-up) books.
Binder #2 is a KM473 with a 24 pocket collating system.
You can plenty of information about the KM473 here.
Both binders are equipped with P.U.R. glue and both can switch over to Otabind. Both collating systems are also equipped with Opti-Graph signature recognition.
We are capable of Perfect Binding books up to 2.625" and down to a minimum of .0625" thick.
